As an educator, you’re shaping the next generation. Give your middle and high school students the cybersecurity awareness, online safety habits, ethical technology mindset, and AI literacy skills they need to thrive in our digital world. No tech background needed. No cost to you. Just real skills you can use in ANY
subject — English, history, art, or beyond. CyberTEACH is a hands-on, collaborative professional development program designed specifically for non-STEM teachers. In just 4 weekly sessions you’ll learn practical ways to
weave these critical topics into your existing curriculum — no coding or extra prep required.
The Defense STEM Education Consortium (DSEC) is a collaborative partnership between academia, industry, not-for-profit organizations, and government that aims to broaden STEM literacy and develop a diverse and agile workforce with the technical excellence to defend our Nation. By addressing and prioritizing critical STEM challenges, the Department of War (DoW) is investing in evidence-based approaches to inspire and develop the Nation’s science and technology workforce. Educators recognized with the DoW STEM Ambassador award will partner with DSEC to advance STEM outreach, access, and opportunity throughout the 2026-2027 year. As members of this prestigious cohort, DoW STEM Ambassadors will collaborate to share, create, and curate resources to support STEM educators across the nation in implementing high-quality STEM learning for all students.
The DoW STEM Ambassador Program is managed and facilitated by TGR Foundation. Selected DoW STEM Ambassadors will work with TGR Foundation and their DSEC or DoW host organization throughout their time in the program.
AEOP Fellowships provide paid, hands-on research opportunities for post-baccalaureate students, graduate students, and postdoctoral researchers to work alongside scientists and engineers in U.S. Army Research Laboratories and Centers. Participants contribute to cutting-edge research aligned with Department of Defense priorities across a wide range of STEM fields, while receiving mentorship, professional development, and networking opportunities. Fellowship positions vary in length—from summer experiences to multi-year appointments—and may include additional benefits such as health insurance, travel support, or tuition assistance. Open to U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents who are currently enrolled in or have recently completed an eligible graduate-level program, AEOP Fellowships are designed to help emerging STEM professionals build advanced research skills, expand their career opportunities, and contribute to solving complex scientific and technological challenges.
